The serial number and date for each piece of Emp.Reus breast pump you purchased.

NRIC No. As there can be instances of customers sharing the same name, the NRIC number is being used as a unique identifier in instances such as invitations to events or redemption of prizes etc. We understand the confidentiality of your information, and Emp.Reus takes security of your data as our highest priority. Your information will not be sold to any third-party and will be held with the highest confidentiality.
Warranty Policy :
Emp.Reus breast pumps carry a warranty of one (1) year from the date of birth of the baby as per the details in the warranty registration OR upon 1Year after the date of purchase, whichever comes first. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects on the breast pump and not the accessories. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

This warranty is only valid for Emp.Reus purchased from its authorized resellers.

This warranty is only valid for the customer as per the warranty registration details. Our warranty is follow by Identity Number Item cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to a third party.

The Limited Warranty must be registered online within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Register your product within 14 days from the date of purchase will entitle a one time free claim on liquid damage within warranty period.

Please retain your purchase receipt for verification purpose.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear. Usage other than in accordance with the instruction manual Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification
Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents Rough handling
Liquid damage (e.g. water/milk entering breast pump)

For warranty claims please send your breast pump to the country distributor's office addressAll transport/courier fees for sending and collection are to be borne by the customer.

Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase and the baby’s birth certificate, alongside these warranty terms and conditions.

Emp.Reus distributor will repair or replace the breast pump once we have determined that its defect(s) meet the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The duration of this warranty will not be extended in the event that Emp.Reus decides to repair the breast pump or provide a replacement for the breast pump.

The Limited Warranty does not cover:
(a) Loss or damage to Product due to:
(i) abuse and/or tampering by any person other than the authorized personnel of Empreus Inspiration.
(ii) negligence and/or misuse (including foreign object, accident, improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other environmental conditions and failure to follow precautions or proper operating instructions stated in the instruction manual such as improper installations);
(iii) fire, flood, lightning strike or other acts of God and
(iv) deficiencies in consumable parts such as battery leakage.
(b) Defects, damages or accidents due to the malfunction, connection to or use of unauthorized parts (including re-conditioned, tampered, re-used or non-genuine Emp.Reus accessories and/or consumable items not recommended by Emp.Reus). In such event,Emp.Reus reserves the right to cancel the Limited Warranty coverage immediately.
(c) Product with its serial number removed, defaced or altered.
No implied warranty, including that of satisfactory or merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose, applies to the Product after the expired.
If you sell or transfer your Product to another consumer within the period of the Service Contract, you must call the Empreus Support Hotline on +60 193625978 (10AM - 5PM) within 14 days and effect the transfer of the Service Contract in writing.
